If you squint in Baltimore's Bolton Hill neighborhood, you might think you're in San Francisco given the hills and beautiful old houses. And, b, the one-letter bistro, fits in perfectly as a S.F.-style neighborhood restaurant that also happens to offer some of the best food in the city. The food is simple enough to appeal to those not used to gourmet food, but fancy enough to put a smile on faces of foodies everywhere.
