Cheap beer and decent food with plenty of seating add to Frazier's likability, even if the atmosphere of grungy pool-room mystique does not. It has become quite the hipsters' paradise like most places in Hampden (with the obvious exception of Zissimos).

This is the worst bar in Baltimore. Do not spend your money there. The service is poor. The customers are no good. You are better off going to some other place. There are plenty of good bars in Baltimore and Frazier's is not one of them.
