Baltimore Nightlife Group’s Halloween Meet and Greet at Dark Horse Canton

Blame it on the eye-catching costumes or the flowing drinks, but there’s something special about meeting new people at a Halloween party. The Baltimore Nightlife Group, a social group for locals in their 20s and 30s, understands this, so it’s hosting a costume party on the second floor of Dark Horse Canton. Drink specials include $2.50 domestic bottles, $3 domestic drafts, $4 specialty drafts, $4 Fireball shots, $5 house wine/rail drinks and $7 Van Gogh Vodka mixed drinks. Food ($3 tacos, $5 burgers and cheese quesadillas) will be discounted, too. DJ Buddha Baltimore will lead the dance party, and a costume contest will begin at 9 p.m. Admission is $5 in-costume, $10 without.  — Wes Case
