Final Friday at Penn Station: The Charles Street Fall Festival features some 20 vendors, including Station North Arts Cafe, Mick O'Shea's, Cazbar, Lumbini, Simmer Rock Farm, Scentsy Candles and Gogo's Retread Threads, offering food, drinks, vintage clothing, collectibles, jewelry and much more. There will also be live music sponsored by the Baltimore Folk Festival, and there will be beer from Flying Dog.
