Gambino believes the focus of an Italian chef should be on the sauce, so be prepared to taste the richness of alfredo, parmigiana, cacciatore and marsala.
I went to Ciao Bella for Valentine's Day 2011. Our food was delicious. I had the mahi mahi over risotto, and it was so creamy and flavorful. Our waitress was pleasant and helpful.
The atmosphere is a little ... lacking. I sort of felt like I was in someone's house, which I guess is the family/cozy vibe they're going for.
