What a year for Clementine. A second, smaller Clementine opened in Highlandtown at the Creative Alliance, and chef-owner Winston Blick opened the Green Onion, a specialty food market in Lauraville, "Top Chef" alumna Jill Snyder came aboard as chef at the original location, which remains the best for full-family dining in the Baltimore area. --Richard Gorelick
