Cuvelier Los Andes wine dinner at Pazo

The Cuvelier family, famed for wines of Chateau Leoville-Poyferre, established a winery in Argentina in the late 1990s with the intention of producing wines worthy of their family tradition. Baptiste Cuvelier, the special guest for a wine dinner at Pazo, willl be sharing a diverse selection of wines from the Cuvelier Los Andes portfolio as well as Cuvee del Maule from Cauquenes, Chile. Chef Mario Cano-Catalan is creating a robust menu to complement these rich and powerful wines.
