Longtime Baltimoreans know that Dead Freddies was just called Freddies until the owner died. Now it's Dead Freddies. The décor is a bit predictable—standard bar accessories such as sports memorabilia, neon beer signs and a multitude of plasma screens. But these are bolstered by Freddies wide array of games, including two pool tables, foosball, darts, a trivia game at the bar, Golden Tee and that shuffleboard-esque bar bowling game that no one ever seems to play. The place is also distinguished by dozens of clever, cute and sometimes obscene bumper stickers plastered over the mirrors on the bar. If nothing else, they're good conversation starters.
