i use to love Faidley's jumbo lump crabcakes, it was the best thing since hot apple pie ala mode, that was about 4 or 5 yrs ago, i went to Faidley's faithfully every weekend and then i started to notice a change in the taste they were too salty and too wet and the size was smaller, and the price got higher, so i went back a few more times and i just didn't like them anymore, even the cream of crab soup had changed, more watery...so i went on a city-wide search for a good crabcake, and that took forever, but i'm satisfied now...
