    Glen Mar United Methodist Church hosts a Family 5K Run/Walk beginning at 9 a.m. Course will cover streets around the church. Registration is limited to 350 people. Event benefits the Howard County Food Bank and participants are asked to bring non-perishable food items. Refreshments will be served following the run/walk. Sponsorships available.
