The Wine Market Locust Point restaurnt is offering fireworks, food and fine wine at its Fourth of July picnic on the patio. Chef Wilbur Cox is preparing an optional $30 prix-fixe menu with seasonal items like green-melon gazpacho, crab-and-avocado salad and crispy skin Maryland rockfish. Adults can cool down with watermelon-margaritas snow cones while the kids play lawn games. The restaurant is offering a 25 percent service member discount. Of course, there's a great view of the fireworks.
