Frank Zappa sculpture dedication & tribute concert

The Frank Zappa statue will be dedicated at its new home outside the Southeast Anchor Library in Highlandtown. The sculpture is a gift to the city by Saulius Paukstys and Saulius Pilinkus of the Lithuanian nonprofit organization Public Establishment ZAPPART.

A Frank Zappa tribute concert, featuring Dweezil Zappa and Arbouretum, follows the ceremony.
