Fundraiser for Rob Groomes

Rob Groomes, the lead server at Portalli's, was severely injured on the night of March 6 while attempting to break up a fight just outside of Ellicott City. The owners of Portalli's are throwing a fundraiser for Rob at their other property, the nearby Diamondback Tavern. A $5 cover, 25 percent of the food sales and a 50/50 raffle will go toward plastic surgery to repair damage done to Rob's face and eye. Drink specials inlcude $1 domestics and $2 imports and call brands.
