The Grille 700, an upscale restaurant inside the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront, gives hotel guests and conference attendees a view of Pier Six Concert Pavilion and a prime opportunity to overpay for run-of-the-mill crab cakes and sickeningly sweet desserts. However, the service is quite charming.
