Halloween Lantern Parade and Festival

If you haven't seen it before, the spectacle that is the Halloween Lantern Parade is well-worth a visit. This year's theme is "Phantasmic Creatures of earthly Delight" and will celebrate imaginary beings, magical creatures, and mythological beasts inspired by Patterson Park.  The parade begins and ends at the Pulaski monument, at Eastern and Linwood avenues.
