Howard County Poetry & Literature Society's 35th annual “Irish Evening” featuring author Colum McCann

The Howard County Poetry & Literature Society hosts its 35th annual “Irish Evening” featuring author Colum McCann at Howard Community College’s Smith Theatre. McCann will read from and discuss his National Book Award-winning novel, “Let the Great World Spin” and upcoming book, “TransAtlantic,” to be published this summer. His readings will be followed by Narrowbacks Eileen Korn, Jesse Winch, Terence Winch, Linda Hickman, and Brendan Mulvihill on fiddle in a concert of traditional Irish music with step dancers from the Culkin School.
