It's hard to say whether crowds are drawn to John Steven's tin-ceilinged bar room and from-the-steamer seafood selections or its outdoor terrace, where the tavern meets higher expectations with mahi-mahi and yellowfin tuna. Either way, this bar is a Fells Point institution, and will likely remain as such.
