Kettle Hill

Power Plant Live's welcomed maturation can be credited to all of its recent additions, but none more so than Kettle Hill, the gorgeously rustic American bar that replaced Babalu in April. It’'s a bar where cocktails are everything and details are never overlooked, which explains the use of local ingredients (Pikesville Rye Whiskey in the "Blind Tiger," for example) and nice touches (2-inch by 2-inch ice cubes make the difference in a Bourbon-based drink). --Wesley Case
