A loud, constantly packed chain restaurant ... this high on the list? Yes, when you have the best happy hour in the city, you can get away with it. Sure, you have to talk (much) louder here and but it's worth it when you get a 22 oz. Kirin and Sake for $7 six days a week from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
