Rowboat Willie's Dock Bar

Miller's Island is home to a healthy dose of seafood restaurants and waterside attractions, but Rowboat Willie's is the only two-story, outdoor dockside bar. The view of Hart Miller Island State Park from the top deck is outstanding, with plenty of umbrella'd tables to shield you from an angry sun -- though there are a set of water misters available to battle the extreme heat, if you don't mind the moisture. The bottom level is full of chairs to lounge in and a gravel patio area with plenty of space for mingling -- all waterside. The atmosphere is the pinnacle of laid back, with palm trees and tiki tchotchkes. After dark, the energy picks up a bit as folks looking to really unwind start rolling in.
