Housed in what was formerly a movie theater, Pike’s Diner benefits from a sizable collection of cinematic memorabilia, including life-sized statues of the Blues Brothers and classic film posters. But that’s not all. The place offers a tantalizing case full of pies and other sweet delicacies, as well as an ample bar room with a TV, and a top-notch diner that calls to mind the aesthetic of "Grease."

Great Live Band venue July 10, 2012

Fridays and Saturdays are great for real classic Rock bands.
There are very few local places where you can listen and dance to a high quality live rock bands. Pikes diner is the place!

Food is pretty good too, and they also have a lot of Real Americana memorabilia, lifesize Maryline Monroe, Betty Boop, Elvis, Rat Pack, even Olive Oil and Popeye.
Check it out, won't be sorry.

Poor Mgmt & Crabs May 22, 2012

Although I have always lived on the northwest side pretty much, I've always purchased my crabs from the east. A family member told me of this place and I visited 4 different times. I was pretty pleased with the crabs up until about a week ago. I called my crabs in (which I never did before) and when I picked them up and got home they were a HUGE disappointment!! I paid $55 for them and because I have purchased crabs from them several times before I knew these were the $39 crabs. Not only that, I was so tired that I just wanted to eat my crabs and take a nap. However, as I got to cracking them open they were empty, quite a few were black on the inside and I was just oh so disappointed. I returned them but was told that all they could give me was the mediums but would give me 1 1/2 dozen of them. I got home and they were almost just as bad, empty and black on the inside. I've called for the manager several times. I have gotten so many crappy stories about when to call back. I got off early to get in there at the time they claim he's there, only to get a waitress ask me what was it about so she could tell him. She returned from the back to tell me he wasn't there and she would take my name and number and he would get back with me. He has no plans on calling back because I'm just one customer. I work in customer service and know what a caring manager does. This isn't it! You ripped me off and I plan on letting everyone that cares to know, know! ALL of my family know me as the crab girl because I eat them once to twice a week.

OMG April 15, 2013

The food was very good, had an excellent experience...until 3 mice ran across the floor. We told the manager and assistant manager, they just made excuses and said that it was due to the door being open, the golf course that was behind the restaurant and that they gave exterminators come once to twice a week, they had an attitude because we complained about the mice (that they knew about because their response was as if mice were normal in there) I was a very loyal customer but I dont think I will ever go back.
