Innovative variety and very fresh February 28, 2011

Umi Sake rates among the top sushi restaurants in Baltimore. The sushi is exceptionally fresh. The rolls are very creative and flavorful. In addition, there is a wide variety of non-sushi Asian dishes. Highly recommended.
