Found in the heart of Central Virginia and adjacent to the Blue Ridge Parkway, this 11,000-acre resort includes four seasons of mountain recreation. For the winter sport enthusiast, there’s skiing, snowboarding, two terrain parks including the state’s largest tubing park and new this year -- ice skating. The resort rises from about 600 feet above sea level to an elevation of close to 4,000 feet with 26 slopes and 129 skiable acres. The top elevation is 4,000 feet, with a base of 600 feet. Currently, the resort is at full snow-making capacity.
All day lift tickets start at $47 per adult for weekdays; one-day weekend lift tickets start at $67 for adults.
