Wit & Wisdom

When it first opened, the showcase restaurant in the Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore impressed with its good looks but left us hungry for things to come. A new chef, Clayton Miller, is now in place. We'll see how it goes, but the bones of a great restaurant are here, and the desserts from pastry chef Chris Ford deserve their acclaim. --Richard Gorelick
